These gorgeous cotton reels represent French ladies in traditional regional costumes.
The reel itself with its' stripes represents the body. The label makes up the ladies skirt and a cardboard head completes the character.
The thread is 100% high quality cotton and is made in France.
Each reel contains roughly 360 metres (twice a classic bobbin) of cotton thread.
