This beautiful and very special set of 12 cotton sashiko threads in varying shades from dark to light has been created using a high-quality natural indigo dye created through a collaboration between Itoroku in Kyoto and Watanabe in Takamatsu, Japan.
`Indigo'', which can be said to be the oldest dye in humankind, is a one-of-a-kind natural blue that cannot be expressed with chemical dyes or artificial materials.
Perfect for embroidery, stitching or sashiko projects. Each thread comes in lengths of 50 m.
